SELF-SERVE
When is the laundromat open?
→ Daily 8am–8pm. Special closures posted on Facebook and Instagram.
What does “last load in” mean?
→ Please start your last wash before 6:30pm so you have plenty of time to dry before closing.
Do machines take quarters or cards?
→ Both! You can pay with quarters or use the PayRange app on your phone.
Is there someone to help if I need it?
→ Yes, our friendly staff is available during open hours to help with change, machine questions, or app setup.
DELIVERY
How does pick-up & delivery work?
→ Schedule online, bag it up, and we’ll handle the rest. Wash, dry, fold, deliver—it’s that simple.
What days are available?
→ Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8–11am or 2–5pm.
Where do you deliver?
→ Within a 5 mile radius of our laundromat. Including: Antioch, Lake Villa, Spring Grove, Bristol, Camp Lake, Trevor, Salem, and Wilmot.
What if I'm more than 10 miles away?
→ Let's talk! We are here to serve and would love to hear what your needs are.
What if it rains or snows?
→ Just leave laundry in a waterproof bag or bin—we’ll return it in sealed clean plastic.
DROP OFF - WASH/DRY/FOLD
When can I drop off my laundry?
→ Between 8am–8pm daily. Next day service available.
How does it work?
→ Drop off your sorted laundry, we’ll wash, dry, and fold it, then text you when it’s ready.
Is there a minimum order?
→ Yes, 10 pounds minimum for drop-off service.
Can I use my own detergent?
→ Sure! You can bring your preferred products or use ours (Arm & Hammer or All Free & Clear).
GENERAL QUESTIONS
Do you wash specialty items?
→ Yes! Comforters, blankets, rugs, dog beds, and even horse blankets.
What detergents do you use?
→ Arm & Hammer is our standard. All Free & Clear and eco-friendly vinegar available at no charge.
Can I buy a gift card?
→ Yes! Gift cards are available online and in-store—perfect for busy families or local small businesses.
